Eunice is a native New Mexican and completed both undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of New Mexico. Early on in her career she discovered the joy of providing healthcare throughout all aspects of women’s lives and has spent over 20 years providing women’s healthcare in New Mexico. In 2024, her passion for empowering health and well-being inspired her to begin a new journey with the Obesity Medicine Association. Through their guidance she is excited to add Obesity Medicine to her scope of practice and work with her patients on their weight loss and management journey.
